My FAVORITE song. There are few songs that have past the time test. There are songs that I love, but don't love so much anymore because they have been overplayed. There are songs that I can listen to ANYTIME and still love hearing them. These would be my favorites.
After thinking long and hard about this, I've chosen my favorite. Okay, my 2 favorites. It's hard for me to choose, okay?
1. The Kooks- Naive. I'm not really sure why I love this song. Maybe it's because they are from the UK and I absolutely love music from the UK. I think it's brilliant. I love their voices and how they say certain words. Maybe it's because it was introduced to me by my bff Jessica our first semester in college together and that was one of the best semesters ever. Or maybe it's because whenever I'm taking a test and it's TRUE or FALSE questions, this song will pop in my head "true or false it may be, she's still out to get me." Either way, this song rocks. Not only is this my favorite song, it's also one of my favorite bands.

2. Weezer- Island In The Sun. Let me clarify: This is not my favorite just because I live in Hawaii. This has ALWAYS been my favorite song. Like, ever since it came out. I love the do dos. I love the music. I love the words. And I love that he throws a monkey up in the air in the music video. Weezer is rad. As is this song.

YES!!!!! HAHA I was reading your posts and I was thinkin I needed to comment on here about a song we used to sing together. Like Eternity, or the Anastasia song, or The Curse of Curves, haha. But I'm glad you got the Kooks up here. I love them too! And that WAS my favorite favorite semester ever!!!!! :) Miss you Lindsay!!!
