Day 389: Thunderstorms.

right now it's down pouring.
as it has been for most of the week.
it's quite ridiculous.
so this post may or may not be delayed in case the internet or power goes out... again.

this week I only went to the beach once.
monday night was the most outrageous thunderstorm.... ever. i've never heard thunder so loud or seen lightening so bright in my life.

Around 1:00 am, I decided to listen to music to distract me, but that didn't work. So I got on the internet, but the power went out quickly after I did. Right before the power went out, the street light outside sounded like it exploded. it was so terrifying.... I thought for sure my house was going to come down.

so all my roommies and I met in the living room and huddled together in our sweaters and blankets while watching the storm from the window.

I didn't get a lot of sleep that night. that's right, I admit it. thunderstorms still scare me.

I miss the sun!
