This weekend, a friend and I stayed the night at a resort on the other side of the island. It was so nice to just escape for a little while and act all touristy for a couple days.
We checked in, swam in the ocean, played in the pools, took too many underwater pictures, went down the slide, jacuzzied it up, drank pina coladas, and laid out. It was soooooo nice.
We also checked out Disney's Aulani and ate at Mexican restaurant, which was also fun.
It was so fun to just soak up some rays knowing that the weather on my side of the island was super windy and rainy. It was such a relaxing weekend and I would do again in a heartbeat. Loved it.
